Isn't there a blank next to the VDC too. Maybe that should have been for the traction control...

The roof switch for the roadster is located next to the TCS off button.

I wonder if the blank on the center console is to maintain the "3" theme, or possibly because Nissan recognized that people would want a blank for other things, alarms, etc.

safe to say that it would be reversed for right hand drive cars. but then why not just center 2 switches?

not sure.

LOL seems everyone is as confused as i am. Weird to here Touring model doesnt have the third blank next to the seat heater switches.....Nissan must manufacture a different console for the Touring

I thought itd b used for the convertible roof, but seeing the Nissan release pics of the roadster, the buttons still blank LOL.

Oh well, maybe Nissan were planning on a factory NOS system, and thats where the "arm" trigger was gonna go!

No, I have a touring. There are the two seat heaters and a blank. The hazards are a seperate button closer to the stick shift.

Default Moving the VDC

Hey - I saw a post and now I can't find it.
Somebody posted detailed instructions as to how to move the VDC button to the "blank" button you all mention above.... Has anyone seen this post or can point me to it?

Thanks!!

ares i like ur color combo, specially interior. After seeing alot of interior pics of US cars, i didnt thnik u got the black leather with orange stitching. Looks so much better than the orange leather IMO. Have u thought about stitching the gear bot and steering wheel in orange too to match. I was thinking of even having the top and bottom of steering wheel done in perforated leather with orange underneath to match the seat inserts.

I dont think I ever noticed that the stiching was orange. so obviously never thought about restiching the other stuff. probably more money than I want to spend, and with my luck the people would screw it up somehow.

That blank is supposed to be a switch for the auto trans mode. Interestingly it's only shown on the RHD models in the manual. I haven't looked at an auto but do the RHD autos actually have a switch there?
