It is going to depend on several factors.

1. Quality of the kit (obviously less work for them mean less labor costs)
2. Quality of the paint they use (cheap paint means less material cost)
3. What type of vehicle. (amount of work involved will vary between each vehicle)

I have seen prices as low as $500, and as high as $5k.

when you say nismo kit...the entire kit? sides front and rear for the price you stated? jw some ppl say kit and refer to the front or something

hmm i was going to say 500 was a killer deal...but it looks like your front is only a lip....so 500 sounds like the general pricing for a lip and sides..

Its actually a little bit high from the quotes I originally got. Truth be told miguel painted it twice because I was not TOTALLY happy the first time. They guys bent over backward for me so It was worth every penny.

A full front bumper alone will cost you $300-500. Prices are impossible to give considering how much fitting has to be done. You're looking at atleast $800 if the rear is just an add-on and the parts need no fitting.

my whole nismo kit was 950, but that was for paint and installation (with some modifications for the kit as well)
