It depends on how deep. I belive you could sand, buff, clear coat and polish.

I always try to park within cameras view at stores, I met up with a friend and left my car at nordstroms parking lot all the way in the back and came back 3 hours later and someone took their key down the whole side of my car, down to the primer. I went to the 3 surrounding stores and my car was just out of reach of the cameras view, and my car is leased ughh, whats wrong with people in this world. I WILL kill someone if they **** with my Z.

If it isn't too deep, and it's only gelcoated rather than clearcoated, you can try buffing it out. Might have to wetsand first depending on how bad it is.

It's gel coated, I'd suggest wet-sanding then buffing. If that doesn't work try a new clear.

Wet sanding or color sanding isn't something you "get" it's sandpaper and water. Let me find a DIY

edit: http://www.carcraft.com/howto/926/

"Contrary to popular belief, there's no great mystery in wet-sanding. In fact, the only reason it's called "wet" sanding is because that's exactly what it is--sanding with the addition of water. Why water? We use water because the ultra-fine sandpapers (like 800 to 2,000 grit) are easily clogged up by paint particles. And once sandpaper becomes clogged, it's useless for everything but scratching up your paint job. Oddly enough, all that is required to prevent this clogging is water. You simply run a little luke-warm tap water into a small bowl or sand near your tap, dip a small piece of ultra-fine sandpaper in, then commence sanding. Just be sure to keep dipping the sandpaper into the water or rinsing every now and then.

When sanding paint or clear coats always use 1500 grit or finer sandpaper for this (I use 2000 grit usually). Stop and dry off the car body every now and then to be sure you're not sanding through the layer being sanded. Be especially careful of ridges or sharp details in the casting. It's very easy to inadvertently sand through the paint on raised areas. "

Gimp, if you haven't done it before, just make sure you take your time if you plan to make this a DIY. I'd suggest a bodyshop instead.

you can sand it down with 2000 grit sandpaper and buff it, or just sand the whole hood and get it re-cleared, i did it to mine and it gave it alot more depth
