Will Zee bracket fit with my Nismo front lip?

Or will it hang to low and hit? Just dont want the Fuzz to catch me riding dirty..

This is the Z-bracket. If you can fit a licence plate inside the grill, then most likely the Z-bracket will work.

are they all a bit crooked? or is that just how it was installed?
