Will Zee bracket fit with my Nismo front lip?

Will Zee bracket fit with my Nismo front lip?
Or will it hang to low and hit? Just dont want the Fuzz to catch me riding dirty..

This is the Z-bracket. If you can fit a licence plate inside the grill, then most likely the Z-bracket will work.
