Default 350Z grill kit

I hate the billet grills and the wire mesh grills, but I like the 3 chrome slats. I saw this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissa...spagenameZWDVW

does anyone know if these are actual metal, or are they just that "chrome" (plastic) door edge molding pre-cut and packaged as a grill kit?

Dude, those things cost $7 at autozone, its like a door trim gaurd or something to that affect. It has a picture of a truck on it. You will recognize them when you see them.

It stays on there and you will get a lot of compliments. I had mine done when I had the OEM bumper.

Well holy ****, I ordered that crap off ebay thinking it looked "cool", dude... it's sitting in my floor right now in a wod, do NOT buy that stuff, #1. After I cleaned my factory grill & tryed to stick it on there, the 3m tape on the back of that molding is flat, and the edges of my grill are rounded, basicly that wonderful grill kit didnt stick to my grill worth a damn! Kept falling off & looked like complete ***! I went to advance auto parts & saw some trim, I swear to god its the same exact stuff I got for 30 bucks, sellin there for 14 I think... I was so pissed off.....

Lets see some grill pics, I wanted to do this too. It was quite obvious that is another ebay scam and can be had at autozone for $10, but I wasnt quite sure how it looked. I would love to see some close ups.

I got mine from pep boys for $6 total. Make sure you buy TRUCK EDGE GUARD, because it will be slightly larger and fit to your grill slats better. I also lined mine with some silicon adhesive to insure it would not come off, and it's been holding strong for the last 30,000 miles.
