PM me pics (or post here) and I will chop them in to give you an idea. You might want to stay away from colors that are close, but "off-hue" as it might compete instead of enhance.
Though, if you really want to accentuate the rims, I would stick with a more monochormatic look (darker silver top). Something more like this:
(a matching blue pinstripe might help tie in with the wheels as well, while not being too "in your face" -- thinner than what's in the chop though)
