Anyone else have this problem? It looks like a roller that presses against the window is leaving 1" wide and 8" long vertical streaks of this greasy stuff on my driver and passenger windows.

It's a pain in the *** to get off too! No matter how many times I clean it, it comes back. How do I fix it? Is this something the dealership should fix?
