Anybody got a copy of the instructions that come with the Autodim Compass mirrors? I'd like to read through them and see whats involved. I have a Base model and they only things I miss are the autodimming mirror and the nicer pedals. I was wondering if they supply a nice wiring harness with the kit that is plug and play or if it is a hack and tap job? Also, am I able to mount the new mirror using my existing base or will I need to install a new one to the windshield and remove the old one. Looking to see how much of a job I'm getting myself into here.

 

Unless you can find the wiring harness in the headliner, you'll be doing a hack&tap to get power to the mirror.

The mount is the same for both mirrors, i.e. slide the old one off and the new one slides right on.
