It is not listed on his website yet. MB Autosport is very close to Veilside Usa so their shop got it very quickly. I picked up my veilside kit from MBautosport the next day it got to veilside from Japan.

Bulletproofautomotive.com seems to have a good deal on the carbon fiber lip.

Default Hey Dave,

Can you post a pic of the rim you're trying to get?

Yeah, and for the kit, I am getting the CF lip and the FRP side under wings only. The spoiler......I still like the Nismo the best....2nd would be the Balsarini.

Well, all these body kit stuff is all homework. I don't think I can afford them until around year end!!

well, with some of the back ordering going on, I wouldn't be surprise that it'll take till the end of the year to get some of the parts...

anyways, these are the wheels I'm looking at...

thanks blaque for letting me borrow your pic...

Yeah, they are backordered for a while. Hopefully I can get my order in before the next shipment, which might be by June sometime. After that You will have to wait till Sept. I am planning on getting carbon fiber lip, carbon fiber side skirts. I am probablu going to have to wait till Sept for rear wing (CF /w FRP) and rear under wing.

Default I am going with the Veilside ver 1 also.......

Crase Z your ride is sweeet. I am happy I saw the ver 1 installed. It made my mind up. I have a SS Roadster on order with Smithtown Nissan and I am very happy to see all of this positve feedback about Dan Z. So far he has been great.

I am ordering the front lip with the side wings. I have a question..I was told that the Veilside front lip is actually the whole nose and you have to replace the nose.

It looks to me that it is just a lip..Am I right????

Default One more question..

That's what I thought, I am not one to bite off of guys cars but I am seriously thinking of using your idea by buying the carbon fiber lip then painting the corners..

I also notice at the bottom of your post that I am setting up my roadster similar to yours..How is the injen CAI? and how much HP if any did you get? How does it sound? If you know what is a nice sounding exhaust..I DON'T want it to sound rice.

Thanx in advance and sorry bout all the questions

Crase Z, I need a bit of input here

I've just received the VeilSide V1 FRP Rear Wing...

...on the rear of your upper wing (ie the CF part) do you have an upturn to the back edge? It looks like you do. Is it seperate to the upper wing (rivetted)?

My FRP has quite a square edge L section pop-rivetted (on the underside) to the rear of the upper wing. I am wondering whether to remove it (!!!) because it will hold water, looks a bit of an afterthought & IMHO it also looks more like a bit of shipping protection rather than part of the aero package

Most of the piccies that I have seen are too distant to show this sort of detail

just so you know...that extra edge on the wing is a Gurney Flap. It's there to create a smoother air flow line...same concept as Formula 1 rear wings.
