Default New Paint

Has anyone recently gotten their Z painted? I just did a quick walk around of mine and found way too many swirl marks/rock chips/DEEP ***(to the metal) scratch some punk *** left me on my driver rear fender . About how much would it be to repaint it Superblack with some kind of scratch resistant finish?

Good all over paint job will run from 3500-6000. Black is the hardest color to paint as well. A good detail job using wool pad and good polish would take out all of swirls and some deep scratches. You should look at these alternatives. My last show car, i paid 4k for a paintjob. That's them doing all jambs, under the hood, and using PPG paint products.

Scratch some more lines where the other big scratch is and make an insurance claim. I did the samething last year. Easy way to get 600.

I should show this to your insurance company

No, don't cheat the insurance and make a false claim. Show me some pics of your damages, maybe it's fixable with some good wetsanding.

I would only need the exterior painted cause it's already black. Is there anyone in particular I should not take it to?
