Default Almost done...from salvage to now...

Well its been about 8 months of saving and work, but its just about there, so i figured i would post up a little bit about it.

Just about the whole exterior was replaced: new lt quarter, new front fenders, new drivers door, new passenger door skin, new hood, new bumpers, repaired drivers frame rail, new passenger frame rail, new core support and everything to go along with, used rocker panels, used spoiler, 3 used wheels, new passenger suspension, new drivers apron, repaired drivers rocker.

heres a pic from when i purchased it, and a pic of it this weekend...you can see all the progress on my photobucket at: http://s15.photobucket.com/albums/a375/ShavedDime/350z/

Downright embarrassing. I have a difficult enough time just putting brakes on a car.

I would be curious to the amount of savings/cost of doing this.

Seems like a possible good flip for you, or nice car to keep

Well done

Cessna (Has done what you have but on a GMC3500 dully that he had to sell (at a profit) when he had no more use for it)

Damn, that's a whole list of work going in to that Z. Shows how much people love Z's these days. You put $13-$15k into it, how much did you buy it salvaged? Keep up the good work man.
