Shift knob threading
Ours are 10x1.25
Toyota's are 12x1.25
the dilemma:
GReddy makes a really nice shift **** in the 10x1.25 size (for us) - that has a 5-gear printout on top of the ****.
GReddy makes the same shift **** in the 12x1.25 size (for supras) - that has the 6-gear printout on top of the ****.
So...what do the 10 and the 12 represent? depth? and the 1.25 is the pitch? If so, doesn't that mean that a 12mmx1.25 **** will still thread onto our shifters, and just leave 2mm of extra space? If so, that extra space wouldn't be visible anyway.
If this is incorrect let me know, otherwise i'm ordering the supra ****.
thanks

the diamond-shaped one, polished with the top insert. the counterweighted GReddy's have the same threadings available, meaning GReddy does not make a 6-speed **** in our thread size.
