Default Nismo Rear Skirts

Any difference between JDM style and USDM rear skirts? I know the sides are different USDM being more bulky looking and JDM more subtle but what about the rears?

Here's a picture showing the holes that the genuine JDM rear side-skirts use to attach to the bumper along with the 3M tape.
