has anyone installed the splash guard sets onto the base model? i looked up closer between both body. the base model doesn't seem to have enough space for 2 holes vertically.

I'm not understanding your question. Are you having trouble with the rears or the fronts? All you have to do is go to home depot, get some small non rusting philips head screws and install them where they are suppose to be on the car with the splash guards. You can even go to the dealership if you like and get the hardware.

They install without a problem.

 

OEM splash guards were the first additions I've made to my Base Z, with no problems. Just follow the instructions, they're too easy.

 

does the base model have a different shape then the other models??? am i missing something?
