Default HELP ASAP!! Changing Light Bulb On '03 350Z (Non-HID) How Do I put This Back On!???

I have changed my light bulbs before, and had no problem. I move a small metal piece which I think locks the bulb in.But this time i wasn't so fortunate. On the driver-side, that little damn thing jumped off. I try putting it in, and I couldn't, I looked at the other side, and saw how it was in there...I did not want to remove, I was afraid that might jump too... How exactly can I put this back on!? My car is with-out a light bulb right now, please I need your help.

thanks

here is a pic of that lil bastard.

I'm changing the bulb by just removing the wheels & the inner fender well, I didn't remove the bumper.

theres a small hole that the left side slides into and the other side presses against the bulb and holds it in. TBH it will most likely be easier to fix if you just take out the entire light and pop it back in, its not a very difficult process- just set aside an afternoon or something and get it done...

I remember something like that on HID lights as well. I freaked out when I saw it first and was afraid to take it off thinking I wouldn't remember hot to get it back on. Just find some good space and take a deep breath, it will go on. It's just hard to explain in words how to do it.

EDIT: Oh, wait, I remember writing up a D.Y.I lol: https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...9&postcount=20
The picture on this post will help too: https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...5&postcount=21

Click on the attached images and you will see a close up on how it looks when it is on the car, maybe that will help you out. Think of the screw on the left of the picture as a sort of holder for the left side of that metal thing, like hinges on a door.

Hope that helps.
