Don't dare me, I'll order them right now. To be honest, I think the combo would be nice, no painting, no major loss when scraping and it would most likely look good.

I really, really like the DAMD rear diffuser... I wonder how it would match up later down the line if I go with the protector/cf cover combo?

Yeah it would flow well with the DAMD diffuser... One thing about the bumper protector deal is that it seems kinda small for the bumper. The APR Splitter seems to fit the bumper a little better, but it's a little more expensive and heavy. DJ smitty has one on his Z and it looks pretty good to me.

You know with a black car, I wouldn't even get the CF mid section cover. Just get that cheapo "front bumper protector" and call it a day!

Looks similar to Jay's V1 lip/Veilside V1 lip but different... lemme pull up a pic:

You guys see a difference?

uhh...the evo-r v1 lip actually looks a bit different from the Veilside. The Mine lip looks just like the veilside.

Jay's evo-r lip doesn't have two grooves/lines, the veilside and mine lip does.

All the lips are different, it takes a trained eye and so forth to know the difference. Not discrediting anyone at all.... I would hate to have my "exclusive and expensive" front lip mistaken for another.

Here's another shot of the Mines lip...

Well, from the looks of it, those who were not familiar with or had no idea who Mine's was certainly know now.

The concept of scrapping and chipping a front lip came to a harsh reality yesterday. I saw at least 5 cars with pieces of their aftermarket body kits chipped or broken in sections (better get Macco) not to mention I scrapped the lower front have (stock diffuser) when pulling into a parking lot yesterday...

I'd almost kill myself if I picked up the Mine'$ front lip and scrapped a day or so later... (once again fellas, the lip is not cheap... I could almost get a new set of tires for it's price...)

^ since your car is black i would get a cheap lip as it will not stand out as it does on the white Mine's Z.

I thinking the same thing... I noticed that the Mine's website only uses this white car to make the lip stand out... The Bumper Protector might be the way I end up going it's only $70 and will protect my bumper (of course)... I'll be at Performance Nissan this weekend, so I might be able to take a peek of various lips... or I'll swing by West Covina Nissan and see what they have too....

many Japanese companies like to use white cars not only to make their product stand out but because the color white symbolizes "racing".

TOP SECRET Front Carbon Diffuser. It's different, it's subtle, it's quality. DONE.

Not exactly, but I'm leaning towards the top-secret front diffuser like Andy has posted above. It's kinda on the pricey side, but it's well worth it and not as common as the other choices out there.

Then again I might just grab one of the "cheaper" lips so it's an easy replacement if and when it cracks...

so to sum it up, no I'm still confused as hell and can't make up my mind... LOL

yea i couldnt justify myself spending 1000+ on a varis arising 1 diffuser although it does look sweet. What are the difference between Mines and veilside in terms of price, i know they look nearly identical. which one sits lower? I'm really considering the stillen splitter because its so simple and looks good.
