you will gain some impressive space by doing that.
but if you think cutting out the bar will not result in huge structural problems, you do not understand chassis engineering very well... I was going to box it in actually.

On the very serious side I would strongly erge you to get this thought out of your head. Only the engineers who designed the car know how important that strut bar is to the car and if you can cut it out. If you take it out there could be some extreme consequences in regards to the performance of your car and worse put your life in harms way. Its not even a debate. I'd like to see the few people that voted yes do it to their car first and telll you how it works out. I think the only possible solution is putting a roll cage in. Then you know your covered.

, like someone said earlier our rear brace serves a purpose eliminate that and you are definitely going to have some issues I'd assume.

u are right...its jsut stupid.... you shoudl be better off buying a sedan or an SUV is you are that concern with the space... or jsut get a beater car.
Your "options" as to why to remove the rear strutbar is ridiculous really.
