Default Big Thanks to Mike @ ClearCorners.com! Pics Inside

I just wanted to post up my thanks to Mike over at Clear Corners .COM .
He helped me out on some custom JDM tail lights in a rush, and he even delivered them personally to me at the Nisei Car Show this afternoon!
He's now done almost all the lighting on my car, and I must say that the quality is excellent, and worth while. Mike is very much a perfectionist, and it shows in his latest creations.
The fit and finish of the headlights for example are very OE. Looking at the Headlamps in the flat black inner housings, they look as if they came from the factory, and the seams around the lens are the same quality. I was very pleased with the overall fitment and attention to detail.

Again, Thank you Mike for helping me with my projects there's a few left I would still like to do
____________________________________________________________ ________________________
So far we've done black housing headlamps w/ LED turn signals, LED clear side strip, and he even custom mounted LEDs under the bottom portion of the inner housing, to light up the chrome inner housing! A VERY nice touch.

Next, we did the front bumper lights in clear LEDs with a 2nd row of Amber turn signal LEDs running parallel. I also had him do my rear turn signals in amber LED, and at the same time he installed red amber lights for a euro-fog lamp effect along with a clear LED reverse light which is super bright.

Next was the dome light inside: Dual LEDs in each map light, Bright blue for normal opperation, and when you need to read, you push the map light and super white LEDs turn on.

Lastly, and these are what Mike delivered to me today, the custom LED rear JDM tail lights. These are SWEET! The sides now light up with red LED strips in them, instead of just being a plain chrome/white reflector. The way it should have come from Japan IMO.

Here are some pics, but there is also a link to my photo album with more.
These are just quickie pics I took today in the garage, I'll get more high res ones up soon.

Hey Tony, thanks for the kind words - but wait'a'sec... dont publicize the fact that I delivered the lamps personally to you, because then everyone is going to start thinking I go outta the way like that and deliver parts for each and every customer! :-) jk

Glad everything worked out well though. Tony is one of the few people in the industry who really works hard to do things the right way, and if you're wondering why his car is so clean, its because it he doesnt cut corners. Like all events, you'll find your cars that are immaculately assembled and tastefully modified, and then cars that are excessive and slapped together. Tony's ride is literally immaculate. I'm not joking. I saw your thread where you're selling your AHEM, *used* J-spec taillamps - those things have literally never been driven on!!!!!!!

Anyway, thanks again for the kind words and keepup the good work. It seems our shop is rather old-school on this forum, you dont hear about us much anymore probably due to all the new butt-tezza aftermarket junk being sold from overseas - but thats fine, not everyone is into details.

Not a Z, but still.. I figure I'll share the vid. Another thread on our work was started on G35 driver, here's the link:
http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=171890

It shows pics and video of our work, just incase pics arent good enough. Here's a third vid that was not posted in the above thread:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nktuQjkzIF8

As always, if you're interested in our goods and live in socal - feel free to drop by our retail office. Best way to see our work and attention to detail is to see it in person. Just call to set an appointment FIRST.

Cheers,
Mike / ClearCorners.Com

Thank you again for the tip off on the lights !!
can't wait to see the evo pics, it makes me miss my old EVO

Mike, thanks for the kind words. It's a pain keeping a driven car neat and tidy , very frustrating at times.
But the lighting mods are some of the best money spent on the car for sure, I'm super pleased with how they turned out, very much the final touch the exterior was needing!

After pretty much doing the lights end to end on my G with Mike, I definitely feel the same way. Better than a body kit!

They look great. As always, top notch work from clearcorners.com.

The front turn signals are not just a bulb, Mike retrofits a whole LED cluster into the housing. The only bulbs in the headlamp are the xenon low beam and the high beam bulbs, everything else is some form of LED retrofit Mike did. The same goes with my rear lamps, turn signals, and side lamps. All LED !!
