Default Wiper problems

I have an 06, and have replaced my wipers. Changed to Bosch Micro's, about 2 months ago. The reason I switched was because the OE wipers were streaking pretty nasty. Everytime it rained, and I turned on my wipers, it really sucked bad. So I go and buy new ones, switch them out. Problem solved? The new ones recently started to streak also. Not quite as bad as the OE's, but still streaking. They are still pretty much new. I paid close to $50 for all 3 wipers, and can't understand why the streaking. I know this can't be normal, does anyone else here have/had this problem?

Did all that already. I even got a razorblade, windex, and went to town.
I assumed I might have some dirt or something stuck on my windshield, so
I get the blade. Still the same though.

Your glass may not be totally clean. It could have a film deposited on it from road grease, tar, etc.

If it is left out in the weather, the sun could be drying the rubber blades out prematurely.

Try using Stoners Invisible Glass on the windows. You can also give them a good washing with some vinegar diluted 50%. Let it sit on the glass for a few minutes that will help dissolve any deposits.

Use some 303 Aerospace protectant on the wiper blades regularly (once every few weeks or so). Wet a paper towel with some then wipe the blades with it. Let them sit for a while before you lower them back on the glass. The 303 will help keep them from drying out.

I wouldn't recommend alcohol on the wiper blades, that will dry them out making them more prone to cracking or deteriorating from the weather.
