Default Cutting fiberglass

I installed a Titek cf air duct on my stock bumper.......pretty easy. I have just ordered a new bumper (fiberglass) will it be as easy to install the air duct, or is something that a body shop would have to do.

Get a electric die grinder with a 3" X 1/16" cutting wheel and some masking tape. Draw your outline with a grease pencil and then place the tape over top of the line. Then just carefully cut out the section. The tape will keep the fiberglass from splintering. Hope this helps.

use a good Respirator mask (not the stupid dust mask but one with good filters). wear long sleeves and gloves, and avoid the fiberglass dust. it'll itch like crazy if you get it on your skin.
