I know I've seen the skirts in the 400 range so you can imagine my surprise. My car is in the shop getting aerosync on and body guy told me if I want to do the skirts, he'll paint and install for an extra $100. I thought that was great deal so I jumped on it. Went across the street to Nissan and the cat told me $632. I asked if he had a picture of them so I could make sure we where talking about the same thing but he didn't.

What have you guys paid? I thought when the USDM skirts became available they where 385-400ish. I obviously need to move quick since the car is in the shop.

Nissan charges a premium for their parts. $632 unfortunately sounds about right. However you can buy other aftermarket brands for less money. For instance I bought GReddy side skirts that cost me under $400+shipping for the pair. But that's definitely a good deal your body shop has offered to paint and install both sides. Would he honor that price if you took the car home and came back later with the side skirts?

 

No, the idea is that he already has the color getting worked up.... if I take the car and come back he'll ahve to spray new test panels and get the color right again. That's why the cost so much cheaper now, they are already spraying the Aerosync bumper so he was willing to do the skirts and install for an additional 100 bucks.

I know I've seen the USDM skirts go for a good bit less than 630 dollars. I still think that was insane.

 

My dealership has them lsited at almost $500....$600+ is ridiculous.

Yeah, I bought today from my tried and true dealership, Courtesy Nissan, for $435.
