Question heated seats...are they really heated?

I had an Audi TT before my 03 Touring Z, and the heated seats in that car honestly came straight from the depths of hell. They were very hot, to say the least.

Now, it seems like the heated seats in the Z dont even work.....I've checked the fuses, etc, and i'm assuming they're hooked up fine, because they do heat up slightly (i guess).

So am I just used to really hot, so mine don't seem that great, or is there really a problem? Do anyone else's seats seam to be weak?

Thanks

Mine work great. I usually switch to the low setting after a few minutes. I can't even imagine the leather seats on a cold day without the heated seats.

My netted seats don't heat up that much even with the high setting.... I've accidentally turned them on with my elbow on the low setting and didn't even notice...

No issues with mine, I have to switch to low after a few minutes too...I do live in FL so it's very rare that I even use them.

they have a thermostat that controls them from getting scorching hot....so if for some reason you're heating up the seat with lets say....taco farts....it may not cycle on
