why would they warranty something YOU broke? im sure there are ways around it, but its still YOUR fault.

There is no way that a cast METAL part should CRACK from vibration. It's a manufacturer's defect. There is a bubble in the area where it broke. My dealer said it would be replaced as long as there is no sign of abuse-which there isn't. No questions asked.

-I was driving and my one of my tie-rod links snapped... warranty? Yes, even though you were driving the car.

Parts break themselves according to your logic.

dude the same exact thing happened to me...i lucked out though,i work at a shop and we had a wrecked one on the lot so i raped it....the cost new is enough to make you cry so look for one used
