Default Cracked fiberglass front bumper...

So, I've had a new aftermarket bumper for about two weeks now, and I have this large crack right down the middle of it.

What happend: my car was parked on a slight down slope, and as my girlfriend was trying to reverse, the car rolled into the concrete barrier and left this huge crack. It pretty much split down the middle of the lip.

Question 1: could this be a possible manufacturing defect in the bumper? Fiberglass is fairly flexible, so would a minor impact like this cause such a crack? Or is this just the nature of aftermarket bumpers?

Question 2: is this crack fixable?

I know it's hard to assess without pics, and I'll post them later. Having problems getting them right now. But any advance thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks for your help.

Bottom two pictures are from the underside.

that's why i would nevery by a fiberglass kit again. The crack in the bumper is not a defect. It's the fact taht it's fiberglass. ALso, the paint cracks with the bumper as well, so there should be spider cracks around the area where you hit.

And yes, it's very easy to fix.

It would need to be totally shredded to make it unfixable, if it's a crack it's an easy fix, although it means a complete respray

Pictures added to my first post.

Sorry they're so small, I don't know how to make them bigger.

And thanks for the replies so far. At least I know it's fixable.

Am I correct in assuming that any decent body shop would be able to fix this?

Yeah, fixing fiberglass is very easy. The labor on that is much more cheap than labor of a cracked urethane piece. Like someone said above, you will be paying for a complete repaint though.
