Default Steering Wheel

Hey guys, recently I noticed that I have two small scratches on my steering wheel. It looks like they were done by me accidentally scraping my fingernail accross the wheel. I've tried Lexol and that improved it a lot, but they are still semi-visible. My question is: Is there any other way I could get these out? Possibly by slightly buffing the area maybe?

Even though they are small, the sight of them bothers me and if I can't get them out I'm just going to install a new wheel -- which doesn't sound like an easy undertaking.

Thanks in advance for any advice

i have a couple of scratches just like you from my fingernails. Are you putting lexol cleaner? Or lexol condioner on it? It seems if i recondition it, it won't be visible until my steering wheel gets very dry in a couple of months and the scratches reappear.

Yes, I'm using both and they're not as noticible, but you can still see them. Then again, I'm kind of OCD with my car, so it could just be me.
