Default Thinking about new paint job....

thinking about doing a matte black with a matte clear coat, what do you guys think?

I'm gonna do my bike first in december to see how it looks before i do the whole car.

Will post pics of the matte black bike when i get it out of the paint shop.

Man, i don't think that finish would look great on our cars. The effect you are trying to achieve might be misconstrued for primer...

I think the matte black finish would look good on hotrods. But here is a company that has many different colors to pick from which might look cool. They even have color shift colors which look amazing.

flat colors look good on older style cars such as s13 silvias, 240, etc. i personally feel, our cars look too classy/expensive to be doused in a flat black.

If you plan on turning the car into a show car of any sort, black is probably the worst color to use.
