Default Applying Overlays - Any advice?

I recently just received my overlays from Andrew (Bluebatmobile) and I was able to install the headlight overlays, but not the taillight, sidemarker, or rear signal overlays. I failed horribly with the sidemarker ones and messed up so bad I had to throw them away... I'll be placing another order with Andrew for them again soon.

I was wondering if any of you had some advice with installing this stuff on your cars. I am having much trouble especially getting the overlay to stick flat on roundeded edges (edges of the sidemarkers), or on round parts in general (taillights).

I wasn't using a blow dryer, and this was on an 07 model.

Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

I did mine a few weeks ago and was surprised how well I did. I first soaked the area in a mixture of soap and water. Then lined up the overlay with the bottom of the tail lights. Use the credit card wrapped in towel technique plus hair dryer. The hair dryer was key in making the overlay curve with the tail light. good luck
