Default Front bumper question

I was driving on Rt 287 in Edison yesterday afternoon where they have it down to 2 lanes for construction. The car in front of me darts into the right lane and all I see is a full tread cap (of a retreaded tractor trailer tire) right in the middle of my lane. If I swerve to the left, I will plow into some orange construction barrels, if I swerve right I will hit a dark blue Dodge Caliber. So I move as far to the right as possible without hitting the Dodge and slam on my brakes to slow down as much as possible. Not good enough it would seem. My drivers side runs right over the tire tread. I get out and see the damage........see attached pics.

So since I have to replace the front bumper anyway, I might as well get what I want, right?

My question is, I was looking at the Blitz bumper or the Origin bumper. I like the look of them, but will they look stupid without a fmic? Anyone have pics of either front bumper without an intercooler?

If it matters, I think I'm going to replace the sides with the Greddy sides at the same time. Not sure about a rear.

I hope you know the Town is responsible for that damage. My friend hit a tire on the Highway the Town paid for all the damages.

Are you serious? Thanks for the tip, I'm going to have to look into this now. Although, since I didn't think there was anything I could do about it, I didn't hang around to file a police report. Not sure how I could prove where it happened.......
