if you want to save weight I would go to someplace like home depot or lowes or another type of home improvement store and get some kind of end cap out of PVC. If you want some extra weight I would get a piece of small solid steel bar big enough and drill it out and I have heard that sometimes the extra weight will help to shift easier.

yeah. i needed weight. that **** was way too light. i sent it back and ordered the longer one, the speed x, seems like people like the weight on that one.

Home Depot has a part for a toilet that works great, IMO. I have one. Go in the plumbing section, and look for something that looks like this. I threw the packaging away long ago, so I don't know it's official name,

I have 2 Team Voodoo shift *****. 1 is in silver pearl and the other is in black. Here is the link for them. If you do a search on here I believe that you can find pictures of them installed. I think they have a good weight and height.
