Default Anyone have this problem with tail lights?

A buddy of mine likes the solid tail lights (03-05) rather than the LED's. We switched the lights and now his turn and hazards don't work. Could this just be a fuse? He can't find it and I am at work so I can't look. Where would that fuse be?

Now, don't waste your time with comments on why he likes the older lights...I have already hazed him for that; he just does.

Thanks for any help with this.

The fuse box is behind the foot rest on the far left.

i'm pretty sure it is a fuse (i'm not tech) but the reason i say this is because keep in mind, regular bulbs draw more energy then L.E.D.'s
