Instead of reading through 4 pages of whoknowswhat, can anyone tell me if the middle piece comes off without cutting?

you just bolt up the center piece to the factory brace......permanent....but not cutting just a couple holes...I would read up on it before you decide to do it........know what your getting into

i just moved the clips up to where the screws were at! looks good!!
