Default how much $$ to paint?

The center console? My car has to go into the body shop for some work, and they had mentioned to me they have a guy who paints interior plastic pieces. What do people think seems reasonable charge to paint the center console to match the exterior color (SMB)?

I think the going rate is about $200. I think I paid $100 but had many other things done so it brought the cost down. It is pricey due to the labor. There is a LOT of sanding and prep before it is even ready for paint.

I'd love to do something like that. Seems most of the labor would be removing and installing the center dash piece.

that would be the easiest part. Prepping and paint would be the labor. If you want to get ride of those small dipples in the console, that would cost even more.

That's where are all those hours of labor kick in. Many steps of sanding it down to smooth. Taking it out takes a few minutes.
