Damn, Brad! That's just horrible! Even stealing non-explicitly marked material and using it for advertising (to make money) can be a breach of implied copywrites, I believe. But to steal an explicitly marked copywrited photo... geez... that's assinine...

 

You guys crack me up...there are so many instances of copyright abuses on this site ( the ones that cost people money) and all you want to do is get on this kid who was basically having fun with photo-shop....yeah the kid didnt go about it the right way...but his intent was not to harm anybody...and he didnt...he just pissed somebody off. Fact is most people have commited or benefited from copyright abuses.

oh man.. i hate when ppl do this. And the fact that he erased your copyright... man.. not to flame the fires of fury but just my 2 cents. A couple months ago, someone stole the info and pics from insaneamine's website (grounding kit) and posted it on Ebay selling way more $$$. I think its safe to say insaneamine was mad also

 

I understand your frustration-in a way- but I think that if you don't want your images stolen, don't post them on the web. If people will download movies, MP3's, etc...why expect them not to grab pictures?

 

Whoa. Uh. That was done by a friend of mine.
His name is frryy (obviously) and he frequents another board I'm on. He's a Photoshop nut (like myself) and we swap tips and techniques all the time.

I think it looks pretty sweet though. personally i'd be flattered that someone thought my photography and my car was good enough to base a photoshop off of.

Ya, doesn't seem like a big deal to me, I'd appreciate seeing how my car would look with diff. things and it just seems like a compliment to ur photography...but ya i guess he should have left ur copyright there at least.

Think so? Do u think Nismo products will ever be reasonably priced? i kinda doubt it b.c. they dont have any competition being the only dealer accepted aftermarket parts. That gives them the abiltity to rip us off.
