Default Bolts for C/F hood

I have a Seibon TS C/F hood to put on my 03 Touring. I took the old hood off and the hinge studs are pinned or fastened to the hood and a nut is used to fasten the hood to the hinge assembly. The C/F hood comes with 4 long bolts that mount it to the protective pieces of wood.

My question is: What kind of bolts do you guys use to mount the hood? I need a good description to order some. (length, pitch etc) I don't see any way to use the existing hardware to mount the hood, since the studs are fastened and can't bwe removed from the OEM hood. The bolts that came with the Seibon hood are too long and will fall through the holes on the hood hinge. I don't think putting washers and shortening the bolt would be a good option.

Any suggestions? I know a lot of people have done this hood conversion.

the bolts that are used to mount the ts hood to the piece of wood are the new fasteners. you use them. but you wil need washers that is not provided.

Thanks guys. I made an aluminum plate so they won't slip around.

I went to the hardware store(ACE, Home Depot and Lowes don't have metric) and got some stainless steel ones, same size.
