Veilside V1 side pieces with Ings LX lip/rear, yes or no?

Veilside V1 side pieces with Ings LX lip/rear, yes or no?
Just as title says, a local guy may have the Veilside sides for sale in same color as my car. I was initially planning on getting the MSA Suzuka body kit (an Ings LX replica, just in case) as soon as the snow/salt season is over, but i would rather add to factory body parts, as opposed to replacing them alltogether. So, what do you think of the combo in terms of looks?

Well, I'll be damned, doesn't look too bad.
You wouldn't have thing at more angles, would you?
***edit: wait, the step on the sideskirts is alligned with the rear bumper thing on the Ings kit. No, I think that if the sale occurs, I'll get the Nismo rear after all.
