Track model "rear diffusers"?
Any photos, diagrams, or descriptions of what these rear diffusers look like? I'm curious to know if one could fabricate their own to put on non-Track models, assuming it would be expensive to buy the factory parts.

the track rear diffusers are little plastic covers that go in the wheel well near where the mud flaps go. They are just simple pieces of plastic, you can get them from the dealership for proably about 65-70 bucks
I have pics, i can post later, i just put a set on my Touring model, 10 minutes to install

If you do a search on "diffusers" you'll find several threads with pictures. There is no way you could make these things at a reasonable cost the shapes are too complex, for about $80 you can buy the diffuser package from courtesyparts.com, comes with all mounting hardware. I'm installing them this weekend, if you want to go seriously fast you should have these on your Z.

i frequently drive at high speeds. its not my imagination either, but the front deflector and rear spoiler added to 1+mpg driving on the freeway. With all my mods I have seen up 27.7mpg on the freeway!!!
I looked at many pics and now I know where the diffusers go. Thanks.
