head lights working all time
their not HIDs, its the brights at 60% power. there called day time running lights, and Im 99% sure they are the law in canada on all new cars.
donno how you turn it off exactly. I mean you cant turn it off, but I donno how you disable it.

why do you want to? I drive with my lights on most of the time, safer and the HID's look cool.

where do u live in mesa, i live their too. i live by metro point
I wouldnt drive with my lights on all the time. I used to do that in my CL-s and now the headlamps are "fogging." I try to only use them from dusk till dawn, and truthfully, wyou really cant tell that they are HIDs in the daytime, they just look like lights. Just my 2 cents
Yes, all new cars at Canada must have DRL.
I also had that on my VW Passat, which I hate. The solution for the Passat was to pull out the DRL relay. The relay decrease power to the headlight bulb, so it makes them run at 60% of their normal brightness, with the relay gone, the light don't turn on at all, problem fix.
I don't know about the Z, but I think the concept MIGHT be the same. You might can find the relay and pull it out, if it doesn't work, stick it back in.
