Default Nismo Spoiler Fitting?

I know this may be a Repost, But wanted to know if any others have had this issue on thier spoiler?



I thought the rear was supose to be flush with the back of the hatch!
Unless this spoiler belongs on a convertible?

If i pull the spoiler back any further the back corners will hang over!

It could of went back a little further. Mine is about a 1/4" from the end of the hatch (where that crease is)

I also Used this Template that i got from a guy and i was very careful where i made my holes...



I was very selfconcious after i saw that it was not flush but if every one says that this is correct then ill leave it,

One other thing why do most Nismo spoilers "TIPS" at each end hang down a lil further than others? I was really hoping that these tips would almost touch the hatch...

Looks fine; I'd leave it. My tips were just slightly separated from the hatch. I squeezed in a dot of silicone adhesive, then propped a plunger between thee tip and the garage wall overnight to hold it agaist the hatch overnight while the adhesive cured, then repeated on the other side. Haven't had any issues of them separating from the hatch at all. They need to be pretty close to begin with and you should be able to press them to the hatch with just moderate effort for this technique to work.
