Default Front lip with the two hangers on the bumper?

Hey guys ive seen it numerous times but never seen it with a name to it. Its the front lip that has what looks to be two cables attached to the front bumper. It looks cool to me and i was wondering what kind name it was. And also if it will fit under the stock bumper thanks.

They are called turnbuckles because you twist them to tighten and increase tension.

Semantics though, call them whatever you'd like

I disagree. The Stillen splitters can be used on almost any bumper. It's just a matter of getting them lined up and drilling holes to install them.
