Bodykit Testing Poll Please vote
Anyways, I'm thinking of doing a widebody kit for the 350Z for my next project possibly. I would like your opinions on if this is one ugly thing or that you actually will like it. It's going to be a full bodykit consisting a front fascia, lower detachable lip, front fenders(complete replacement), side skirt (complete replacement), rear fender (add on), rear bumper (complete replacement), spoiler, underbody diffuser from the front and the back of the car, hood, and other minor parts. The car will have 3 main ducts in the front. The middle will be for an intercooler, the side 2 will channel into the brakes and radiator. The side skirts will channel air into the rear brakes, and I'm not too sure about the rear fenders as of now. This is just merely a sketch (and a poor one). The car will be 2~3" wider from the current stock configuration and will be totally lightweight construction. So please give any opinions you may have. Nothing is being made now, anything is changable due to demand. I'm guessing the price will be roughly $12,000 that that will include me picking up and delivering your car and full installation (no paint though). As you know installing a widebody at a bodyshop cost around $2,000 ~ $5,000 depending on the work. For those do it yourselfers the kit will be $8,900. This kits are custom manufactured per order and not mass produced. I can make with any materials you request. They can withstand hitting dips without any problems.
