I want to buy some eyelids and there are none currently for sale on our forum. My question is, where to buy from, to expect good fitment and quality. I know there are alot going around but i dont wanna buy something thats gonna look retarded and out of shape. You get what you pay for. Anybody know where?

Unless you can pull them off ( i dno what your casr looks like), i think eyelids

look so gay. "It give's my car the mean look", no it does not ! But if you do

post some pics of them on your car. And maybe ill have a different opinion.

 

I'm thinking about getting them too. The place I was going to order from was evo-r.net i think. I really liked em cause that site had them already painted for like 129 bucks. Check it out

you got the vinyls right. Im looking for the eyelids made of FG or Plastic so that it sits flush with the hood.

 

I'v got a set of them on my ppw Z, they look pretty nice imo. The tape adheasive that comes with them isnt placed on them very well so youll need to redo it, its not really that hard.

if you want something that sits flush with the hood, then obviously go with the overlays... FG/Plastic stick up slightly higher than hood...

I got mine from Evo-R. The fit and paint were very good but do your research. They are getting a bad reputation for not getting back to customers for weeks at a time.

I believe I got mines from Evo-R...pretty slick stuff. Wicked easy to install. Perfect fitment. Remember...it could make a car look ugly, but it could very well do a car justice. I like how mines turn out with my setup...local guys think it's the sickest Z out here.

Doesn't matter how good they fit or the color. They are retarded anyway. I know that's not what you wanted to hear but I couldn't resist. The truth sometimes sucks.

 

I don't have a Z but those posted here do give the front end a much more aggressive appearance - nice!

to the OP, if you want something flush vinyl eyelids are the way to go. IMO frp or CF eyelids look cheap because they look stuck on the light as they are slightly higher than the hood. the vinyl eyelid looks much better in person because it actually is flush with the hood and doesn't look "stuck on"
