I just have one quick question

did the hood shape/fit change at all from 03-06 on the Z?


I have an 06 and I bent my hood and just bought an 03 hood to replace it and I want to make sure the fitment will still be dead on flush like my 06 hood. Any 06 owners put an older hood on their Z just fine?

The paranoia began when I bought a Seibon TS hood from friend with an 03 and it doesn't fit flush 100%, but my friend with the 03 who I bought it from says it fit flush on his car just fine.

I know the TS hoods have problems with fitment and the common knowledge is that all the OEM hoods are interchangeable and fit fine, but I just want to make sure.

also, the gap with the TS hood is bigger on the driver's side... is this common with the TS hoods?

Didn't you buy it used? How did it look on his car?
