Default exhaust tips warping bumper

i was just wondering if the exhaust tips were to be pressed up against the rear bumper or was really close to it (less than .5 cm) would it melt or warp the paint? if so how would i prevent that?

would it also warp cf or do anything to cf it were to be the same scenario on cf?

thanks

Is your motor/exhaust stock? If it is, you shouldn't have a problem. After i went TT and had dual 3" straight pipes, my stock bumper did warp a little bit. Not a big deal though (for me anyway).

motor is stock, but i plan on getting the hks exhaust or something of the like with a large exhaust tip, and i have other plans that would essentially play out the scenario i originally posted.
