Default PICS - my short antenna from Acura RDX

hey guys.. go easy on me this is my first mod =)
I got this idea from another forum member... just thought I would give you some pictures of the fit. Looks pretty good to me.. no difference in reception from stock as far as I can tell.

One of the docs at work has one of these on his 500SL and I've always wondered what the chances are that it would fit.

Nice! I just got my Polished Agency Power shorty antenna from VividRacing. This antenna has ZERO EFFECT on my radio stations! They come in 100% CRYSTAL CLEAR!

I'M NO LONGER A 56K THREAT! I updated my pics from 2.0MP camera phone pics to 3.2MP camera! Movin on up!

Looks UNREAL on my ZR & matches the the aluminum accents & Silverstone paint!:

Damn that's flush......:

Comparison shot(It's almost half the size of the RDX!):

So I walk into the local Acura dealer and ask for a RDX antenna......

He asked me, "What year?"

Is there a specific year anybody asked for or gotten?

I didn't think the RDX was that old?........of course, I don't know Hondas.......

It doesn't matter what year, just make sure you tell them you only need the top antenna section and not the color matched $100 entire antenna.

Yeah.. the guy asked me the same thing.. I just told him "I don't care what year, I am putting it on a different car.. and I only need the mast" that seemed to satisfy him and I got the correct part.

Stock vs RDX:

On car:

for $10 at my local Acura dealer, its pretty cheap. Radio still sounds good to me.
