Wierd Seibon VS Lip Fitment
Try going from the middle out, sometimes you have to flex the bumper to get it on there. It's really a 2-3 person job. If your worried about breaking the lip, I'd suggest having a shop install it.
Hey bro, i had the same issue with mine. I even tried two different shops to install it and they both couldn't get it on. They both took the bumper off and tried it too. I never got mine installed, and i didnt want to screw anyone over by selling it. Where did you order it from? If it was from showstoppers, good luck trying to get your money back....

No it wasn't showstoppers...yeah it pisses me off that a $400 part doesnt fit. We bent the sh7t out of the bumper to trying to get it to fit and honestly it didnt do anything but make it worse. Those pics are with the center portion of the lip dead center on the bumper. I appreciate all the suggestions but I'm going to stop trying because I'm going to crack the damn thing and not be able to trade it out for something else. Should this thing say seibon on the piece anywhere aside from the box.

They are all like that, take your bumper off and attach the lip, it will make your life 100x easier.

Where did you order it from? I can check to see if they are a dealer.
No, the only type of "badge" is on the inside of the center section a tag that says 350 something i dont remember.
Anything to bring you down bro!

Point taken, but still this is by no means the first thread on this topic, it is pretty well known that these lips fit like this and are a huge pain in the *** to get on, but that they will go on. Anyway, good luck.

You bitched at the fact that Chuck said he would pay for return shipping and Jim clearly stated in one of the replys that was BEFORE chuck knew the full story of what was going on. After Jim explained to chuck what the problem was he stopped the return pickup.
So at this point I'm guessing you're still sitting on the Lip waiting for free return shipping since you don't want to go to a legit body shop to have it put on.
I've interviewed a good bit of body shop guys in this area and a common answer from most of them is they do not want to touch after market body pieces, some kits fit really bad, and others fit bad. Not often does something easily bolt up. With that being said I'm taking my car an hour away for my body kit install, since the place thats doing it does a lot of custom body work installs and I trust them and the fact that they know how bad some after market parts can be. I have a Siebon CF hood laying on my living room floor waiting for my car to get done, I dred the install since I know its not going to be a simple bolt on and be done things.
I gave Jim my CC # over the phone while he was at school, I was charged almost $2K for what I ordered and received the parts as expected. In fact I just ordered something else from Jim tonight, and wouldn't think twice about buying something else from him. In fact I wish I could buy more from him but he doesn't carry all the items I have on my to buy list.
Gene it should fit, its just a total PITA to install.
It is a really tough fitment, I actually ended up putting some minor stress cracks on the sides of my Seibon CW lip while I was installing it. I also beat up the corners of my bumper pretty badly similar to what appears to have happened to yours, make sure to invest in some touch-up paint.

I'm pretty capable in most regards when it comes to installs and I'm not seeing what they could do that I couldn't...I took the bumper off and bent it...what else...Gallon of Crisco
