Hey Alvin, this is OT, but were you able to move the evap back to the oem spot when you switched back the HKS? I just sold my evoTT, and it was sorta dark and I was getting frustrated, but I couldn't make out how to bolt up the 2 extra support frames to the evap! So its loose and you can hear it car banging around.

Did you take any pictures of the rolling process, & if so can you post some of them. I am also curious if this is affecting the way the car handles. I assume that the Z doesn't feel different at low speeds but wonder what does this feel like on track days???
Also what happens if I change the exhaust, i am going to have 3 holes on the rear bumper right???

It can be done with any exhaust. I can't think of an exhaust that would change the ability to fold up the center and screw it into the rear bumper supprt.

Its just me, but I dont like rolled rear bumper. Its too much going on under the rear. I prefer hidden cannisters...

I did it with my Nismo, but I didn't like it as much as I hoped I would so I eventually went with a totally different look (Chargespeed)

Alvin -- I think yours looks good; I say (a little late, probably) keep it!

not likely -- most aftermarket bumpers are fiberglass in whole or in part; people that want cut-outs do exactly that -- have their body-shop cut out the portion they want revealed

I've got the HKS as well and rolled my rear bumper a couple weeks ago. For anyone with this setup (Alvin, and others)....do you notice the drone to be louder at cruising speeds in higher gears?

I daily drive mine and one of the first parts of my commute in is a long tunnel. I wasn't expecting any sound differences but it definitely got my attention as it seems much louder now. So far thats the only down side I noticed but it isn't unbearable.

Glad I searched for this. I sold my single exit exhaust and I'm planning on getting some true duals from HKS or Greddy. I was also thinking of folding my bumper.....great find using the search

personally I think it only looks good on the Greddy Evo 2, EvoTT, single exit exhausts, and dual N1 styles. Anything else it just makes it look like the exhaust is sagging.
