Does anyone think our lowbeam aim low? I was driving at night and sorta of notice I can't really see far ahead. I was thinking about adjusting them to point higher. Does anyone know how?

I was thinking about the same thing. I had a honda s2000 and the HID on the car had longer beams than the 350z. I was thinking about replacing the HID bulb with some other brand or brighter light. anyone with suggestions?

I think aiming it higher would solve the problem. I heard upgrading to 6000K plus reduces visability.

our bulbs are right between the brightness and blue area, any higher it gets blueer but not as bright, and lower, I donno if you can go any lower....

anyway, HIDs are intentionally aimed low. its the nescessary evil, for having such bright light its gotta aim lower or oncoming drivers will be blinded, as it is its very bright for them. you could reaim them, but expect to get flashed and possibly even pulled over for doing so.

im going to re-aim mine a bit higher...the cutoff is not far enough in front of me. even on my integra with regular halogens the light projected farther onto the road in front of me. the trick is to find a long enough screwdriver to re-aim the headlights

I was going to do that but can't find where to adjust the beam. I look in the manual and they tell me go to the dealer. eveything in the manual says go to the dealer.

I had mine to the dealer a few months ago and had them reaim them a bit while I was there. I did'nt notice much of a change, it actually did very little for any extra range. I guess it is worth doing though, since it is free, but don't expect too much from it.
