i painted mine with hi temp spray paint and it turned out great...i sanded it alot to get it smooth.

FAR from "ghetto" and MUCH better than stock

Costs only $50 dollars to have a vq intake plenum professional powdercoated.

Same it would cost with cost of paint but with a more durable result.

Hi temp oven paint with a clear coat is also passable if you don't have the wait time or cash..

I've been told powdercoating only holds up to 300F. How hot does our plenum get?

Depends on the powder, some are rated higher.
