I blacked out my headlights about a year ago, and one of them just started to form condensation in it (UGH!!) I noticed the bulb is also out; is there a way to tell if the bulb is dead or if the HID is fried from the water in the housing? Dont want to buy new headlights if I dont need to.

put the working bulb into that socket of the NON-working bulb to test it out!
