Has anyone installed this thing? I just received mine, and the 3 lines of instructions included with it don't make me very warm and fuzzy about attempting the install.

Can anyone explain the procedure?

 

Since you only have four posts, you may not realize that there is a search function on the forum. It's very helpful, and you can usually find almost everything you need.

Make sure you remove the bumper, first, no if's and's or but's.

i was able to install mine without removing the bumper, the only part that gave me a hard time was the upper part on the passenger side.
